The drivers need to make some attempt to actually deliver a package. Leaving instructions isn't always an option when getting a delivery from a store.

2nd call wanted to file a complaint after explaining everything and they then asked what I wanted to complain about!?!?!?! This whole time all they had to do was take 30 seconds to look up my name on my apartment call box and ring my cell phone directly and wait 1 minute while i came downstairs.
