Somebody used my UPS account by error. I called UPS twice to solve the problem, they said it will be solved. Citibank reimbursed me the money so then UPS sent me to collections.

Please note that this is for a package I didn't sent and I didn't received, is somebody else's, as it appears in the invoice.

It took 5 months to solve the issue and the customer service was very very rude.

If this happen to me, It can happen to you. Please be aware if you don't want unwanted charges in your account and several hours at the phone.

No wonder UPS has 1 star rating.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ups account. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
