I sent an envelope via UPS...$28.00, to be delivered Fri. 13th (California to Victoria, BC, CANADA).

But nowhere to be found on tracking...finally found and to be delivered Thurs. 19th. It is now Fri. 20/15, and the envelope has yet to reach it's destination.

Supposedly today they say. UPS does not provide a communication avenue to register a complaint. If you call 1.800.742.5877 it's just "Oh Gee...I do apologize...no - there is no one else to talk to...it 'should' get there today." Regarding credit? Go back to your local UPS Store and talk to them.

Right.

Endless follow-up and phone calls by shipper and waiting recipient, for one little envelope.

So. I have one comment with regard to this very unsatisfactory customer experience: 'Go FedEx'.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $28.

I didn't like: Poor customer service.
