I sent an envelope via UPS...$28.00, to be delivered Fri.13th (California to Victoria, BC, CANADA).
But nowhere to be found on tracking...finally found and to be delivered Thurs. 19th. It is now Fri. 20/15, and the envelope has yet to reach it's destination.
Supposedly today they say. UPS does not provide a communication avenue to register a complaint. If you call 1.800.742.5877 it's just "Oh Gee...I do apologize...no - there is no one else to talk to...it 'should' get there today." Regarding credit? Go back to your local UPS Store and talk to them.
Endless follow-up and phone calls by shipper and waiting recipient, for one little envelope.
So.I have one comment with regard to this very unsatisfactory customer experience: 'Go FedEx'.
This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any) as the author lost $28. DJT is overall dissatisfied with Ups. The most disappointing about envelope at Ups was poor customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
