I called thinking that my issue would be simple to resolve. Boy, was I wrong.

The address on my delivery was incorrect (billing address instead of delivery address), so I asked them to change the address and the day of delivery.

Instead of help, I got one rep that said she'd fix it and didn't, another rep that could not figure out what I was even asking for, and a floor manager that was rude and talked over me every time I tried to explain what I needed. I ended up spending 30 minutes on the phone for a simple request, and I was charged for my trouble!

Never again!
