Package was supposed to be early delivery on2-26-15, It was then changed to 2-27-15 Friday by the end of the day, So I waited all day at my Business for these package to show up, Its much needed printer supplies.The package was never delivered I tracked it, it said destination scan at 8:31pm, my Business had already been Closed by that time.

So know after speaking with a rep.

I have to wait until Monday 3-2-15 until it gets delivered!!!!!!Must be nice to just be able to put a customer off as you see fit, Go to *** UPS, u Suck, U have no Business being in the shipping Business, go learn from FedEx who would bend over backwards for there customer.

Seriously?

You run out of printer supplies and THEN order more?

and then it is the fault of UPS when they have no control over the winter weather rolling across the country?

Be upset with the proper person, the one who let you run out of supplies, putting you in this position!
