i might as well add my name to this list of unhappy customers. i had a cheque sent out to my business and after waiting till 7 pm it never arrived.after speaking and waiting another day the agent told me package has been lost and an investigation has started and will take up to 8 business days.i couldn't wait that long so i got the shipper to cancel cheque and reissue another.they were gladly able to do that and even sent it overnight express to be received next day delivery by 10:30 am.guess what it's not here spoke to a supervisor and they said it hasn't been scanned at the delivery centre yet.computer tracking says delivery should be on time.maybe just my luck 2 parcels 2 losses within 5 days.someone is either not doing his job or just don't give a ***.speaking to an agent on phone after waiting 20 minutes just notes down your complaint on her computer and you hope for the best.i think an 85 cent stamp at the postoffice would have saved me all this hassle.i hope a ups manager is reading all these complaints and just don't laugh it off and be just as irrisponsible as his employees.
