I have had several experiences since some retailers still use UPS for some mysterious reasons.
1) Every single delivery with them is a problem. Sorry,but you are a service company, your business is to provide me with a service, not to get help from me.
2) They don't know how to follow instructions, i.e. deliver where you are told to, not where your illiterate drivers feel like stopping.
3) If you go somewhere and somebody is there specifically to take packages, get them to sign and leave the package, don't ship it back to the sender because you don't know how to do your job.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ups delivery service. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
