Worst service ever!!!Period.
Incompetent agents at customer service line. Fool and irresponsible drivers - one *** just tossed a bunch of parcels at someone's door. Funny, one of those was mine - delivered at the wrong address. I call UPS at the receipt of the delivery notification as I have not received my item.
First agent just hangs up the phone mid-conversation. I call back, another agent says it's delivered to the wrong apartment. Go grab it yourself. Really?
I mean - really?!!! Is this what UPS customers pay for?
To self-deliver, to fix UPS idiocy, to enter in arguments with other upset (with UPS"s service) customers.This is ridiculous.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ups customer care. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
