Worst service ever!!! Period.
Incompetent agents at customer service line. Fool and irresponsible drivers - one *** just tossed a bunch of parcels at someone's door. Funny, one of those was mine - delivered at the wrong address. I call UPS at the receipt of the delivery notification as I have not received my item.
First agent just hangs up the phone mid-conversation. I call back, another agent says it's delivered to the wrong apartment. Go grab it yourself. Really?
I mean - really?!!! Is this what UPS customers pay for?
To self-deliver, to fix UPS idiocy, to enter in arguments with other upset (with UPS"s service) customers. This is ridiculous.
