Ups - Worst possible service
UPS lost my packages two months in a row.I used their own labels, the destination address was written three times on the box, and somehow two were delivered to some other addresses, and the third completely lost.
The fourth and only box that did come back to me was destroyed, along with it's contents (almost as if it had been done on purpose). The tracking history was completely false, and everyone I spoke with at customer service told me lies and the investigation was only started two weeks after my original call. Whatever the insurance is on these packages, I lost a lot of money and had hours wasted.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!IF ANYONE NEEDS TO USE A SHIPPING COMPANY, USED FEDEX OR ANY OTHER SERVICE BUT never UPS!
