My scheduled delivery is suppose to 29 Jan 2018 by 8pm.( didn’t receive) UPS told me that they have to reschedule as they dk where the item is. Called the next day, customer service say will inform me in less than an hour(didn’t receive any call).

Call them again after 2 hours, they say the same thing that they will call me back.( didn’t receive any calls.

UPS is a unorganized and uncultured company. DO NOT SHIP WITH UPS
