According to their website, I was supposed to receive my shipment today, they changed the shipping day without informing me. Dispatch was rude, and Vince(Manager) was ignorant, didn't want to listen to any of my concerns, and sounded like he didn't care.

he talked like he's doing me a favor, and wanted to end the call at the beginning, I asked him if that was the right way to treat customer, and if he's willing to listen, he said "umm ok, what is it". Dude, it's not my fault you hate your job, learn how to talk to customers, and act like you care
