I tried to return some items to Wayfair. Wayfair provided me with the UPS shipping labels and advised I should drop the items at a UPS store.

After driving 20 minutes to the store, the store owner advised that they would not take the items as he did not have room in the store. I asked him if they were not being picked up the next day. He told me that they would, but nonetheless refused to take them. He advised I ought to call UPS to pick them up.

I called UPS and arranged for a next-day pickup. They gave me a 10 hour pickup window, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. I told them that's ridiculous to expect a customer to wait around for 10 hours for them.

The agent then told me 9 a.m. to 12:00. Of course nobody came the next day. They didn't come at 12:00 p.m., they didn't come at 7 p.m.
