Ups - Worst customer service and worst mailing service.
I've had so many issues with this company.I've been waiting 3 straight days for a package that is already on my town because they can't find my house when USPS and DHL don't have that issue.
How is it that UPS doesn't even have a *** GPS.
On top of that, they don't at least call the *** number to see where the heck their supposed to go when the customer has called like 5 times to ask for the *** package.It is so dissapointing and such a headache and if it weren't for the senders choice of mailing service, UPS would definetly never ever cross my mind as a choice because the irresponsibility, the lack of respect(because the way I was talked to was not even with ethic) is definetly annoying and not recommendable to anyone.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
