I was a t home all day waiting for a package. Later that day I go outside to find a UPS slip stuck to the door with nothing filled i on the form.

My mother is just home from the hospital, bed ridden with a trach and ventilator. I cannot go anywhere. I called to ask them to bring it back. I was told no.

Shereena a "Supervisor" was rude and said the driver did his job. How did he do his job when he did NOT knock, ring the door bell or fill out the from they leave behind. It is a Friday and they did not offer to bring it back or deliver on Saturday. Exactly why my choice is FedEx.

I run 3 businesses and I have an account with UPS but only use FedEx because of the poor service and deliveries.

I will tell everyone I know through my radio show what bad service I received. BTW, someone shipped this to me, I would never use UPS if I am the shipper.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $800.

I didn't like: Very unprofessional.
