I don't even know where to start. After 12 phone calls to Manila in the Philippines I have been told 5 different story's as to when my package will be collected. Waited in all day Friday - no courier arrived. rescheduled for monday- still no courier.
What annoys me most is that I sound angry on the phone and the people I am speaking too are not the ones I am angry with.
Come on UPS. sort your act out.
This person wrote the review because of pricing issue at UPS. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $600 and wants UPS to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
The most disappointing in user's experience was ups at all, poor customer service, tracking tool faking delivery date and slack of communication. If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
