The first problem is UPS had my item going to Atlanta, GA. I live in San Diego.

It took me two days to get that situation fixed. The net problem was that I had a delivery that was suppose to come today. The UPS lady came scanned my item to give it to me and then told me she couldn't drop it off to me. I call UPS and they tell me that the shipper requested it be held until Friday.

I call Home Depot and they tell me they have no idea why they would hold it when it already came to my door.

This is not the first time this has happened. Lets just say I hate UPS.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Poor delivery practices.
