I shop on line a lot. UPS was suppose to deliver a package today the notice they left on my door said they would deliver to my apartment office and they did not.
When I called they would not fix it and were exceedingly rude. I called a second time and asked them to make it right I really needed this package today. After two phone calls to customer service and two calls back from the local center I still don't have my package. When the first person called she was really rude.
When I asked to speak with a manager I was not given the opportunity to do so. While I may not have a choice when I shop I do have a choice in who I send packages with and it will not be UPS
