First of all, outsourcing their customer service outside the US and then having the representative lie/mislead that they are in the "Americas" when you ask them where they are (because the can't speak english) should have tipped me off that they aren't too concerned about their customer service. Then when they only want to deliver during the day and require a signature and you can't be there to sign for it, they want additional money to change the day to when you can sign for the item. Now this site wants 100 words for me to post this...real nice!

Is there anything you don't complain about? Next time make sure you don't press "dos" for Spanish when you call a 1-800 number.

If you can figure out how to use the phone, you can request that your package be placed in WILL CALL or have it FUTURED. Look into it:)
