i been living in my place now for five years and not once have i gotten a package delivered to the right unit,,,time after time i call and complain and tell them where exactly my unit is and they still get it wrong,,,,im sick and tired of apologies and well it might be a different driver,,,,,bull ***,,,,how hard is it to look to see if you have the the unit number that corresponds to the package and the number on the door,,,,lazy lazy lazy....and they do not give a ***....i had a package delivered to the wrong unit and did not get it till the next day cause the person living there did not see it...needless to say the box was soaking wet and the contents were eaten by squirrels,,,,this was the only gift i got for christmas and was ruined by a lazy driver.....thanks ups!!!!
