Everything that could go wrong did, phone calls not returned, parcel sent to wrong place, eventually they sent it back to the sender after promising that it would be delivered to my work address.When you call they basically do not care, they lie through there teeth regarding where your parcel is, they must be the most under trained staff in the world to the extent that you would have more success dealing with monkeys from a zoo.
I was left absolutely flabber gasted and astounded at the lack of concern and attitude from the employees of this company.One manager even agreed how pathetic there service was.
