Ordered two large monitors with 2-day service.Both shipped at the same time multiple package.
Both showed out for delivery, same dates and times. Only one delivered, before noon. At 6:30pm check web page and the missing tracking info showed still out for delivery. Called UPS customer service...
20min hold and the rep just repeated the screen info and insisted that delivery's take place up till 10:00pm. She had a what do you want from me attitude. At 9:30pm the tracking info changed to "In Transit" with a delivery tomorrow.
Tried to call customer service and no hold 25min with no answer.....What happened to the old dependable UPS?
