Made a online apt time for a parcel pick up between 3pm & 5.30 they have called 2 consecutive days now leaving me a sorry I missed you, I’ve been home both days at 2.40pm and you have been..what don’t the drivers understand when you say after 3pm.
I called the number and the guy for ups hung up really amazing customer service & it might help the drivers watching the time, what is the point of customers giving a online time schedule if your drivers ignore this, oh well on with day 3 pick up AGAIN let’s see if they come at the CORRECT TIME... the funny seniaro is I put a note on the door home by 3 & he stuck his sorry I missed you card by the side of it...
idiot.To say I’m angry is a understatement!!
