I called ups at 10am spoke with a lady, she asked for the tracking number.The lady called me by name, and said they will be there between 9.00am and 7:00pm.

I called the 800 number was given the run round. I was told by James 19473 that the driver said it was no such address so I read the address off to him he had the same address. I asked to speak to his supervisor, he put me on hold for15 min the phone went dead. I kept calling could not get an answer.

I'm very disappointed with the service and, ups. I assume my calls were recorded you may check them.
