The product which was supposed to be delivered to home address was sent not to the UPS access point as it was indicated on the missed the delivery first and only attempt info notice. After checking with the access point, it was found that item has never been delivered to them.
After spending 2 hours on the phone with all the ups levels of authority on Saturday afternoon, the issue was not resolved and Seems no one regardless the level of management ha a power to pull the strings and get their mess resolved. The worst experience ever, very incompetent and unprofessional organization.
I called Home Depot and expressed my opinion about their partner and recommended to contract some other more trustworthy company, as UPS sucks. If ups wants to save their terrible reputation, they must start hiring more professional people and train them very well on how to troubleshoot if there is an issue; otherwise, they shouldn’t be in a business
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Deliver it today instead of Monday, as the weekend is the only time we can have some work done around the house .
