Call to have delivery options changed because 1st attempt was made and I am not home at 10am due to having a job. 2nd attempt would be the same time- again not a practical hour.
On this phone call.. "OO yeah thats a third party deliver, you'll have to pay $5 to have the shipping changed." "So how is that my problem you all utilize a 3rd party company to ship?" "I can sign you up?" Very foreign and not understanding this is utter bs. I need my package and why would I pay more money just to have a package delivered that I already bought?
Will never be buying from anywhere if they utilize UPS. It is always an unpleasant situation.
