UPS has my package from 2 weeks!!!!they are giving lame reasons that the driver does not have the route on his schedule or something like that.

I have been making several calls.(atleast 5 calls) But UPS does not really seem to care. I am just so annoyed and pissed off. two weeks is really heights now.

I am just frustrated for the poor service.And waiting on call for ages to inquire about my package is even more annoying(that too on my exams week is going on :( ) I am very stressed out because of ups.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to have the product delivered. This person is overall dissatisfied with Ups. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
