We sent a computer to our son--$175 in packing and shipping--and UPS tried to deliver while he was at work. He called the center to set up a time, and they told him they don't set times. After the third try---all during his working hours--they sent it back to us. AND they said the drivers don't have phones to call recipients.
I spent two hours on the phone and they were firm. Tough luck, lady. If you pay us another $175, we'll try to deliver again. . . during working hours, no calls to set up time, no weekends, no evenings.
Use Federal Express!!!
