Scheduled delivery was on 08/30/2010. I was waiting for a pkg so I left a note for ups on my door to ring the bell. I checked ups at 1.30pm and the message was CUSTOMER UNAVALABLE 12.45pm.
At 12. 45 pm i was waiting outside of building for pkg.
I didn't see any ups driver coming to my place. Driver gave wrong information. no door tag found. called up 5 times. I did not get correct information. I call it harassment. like to know if i can have a consumer right to do with UPS.
