New, extremely inflexible internal procedures worldwide make the reception of a parcel with UPS a nightmare.
- If something accidentaly goes wrong with the paper notices outside your door (e.g. someone steels them just for fun)
-If you are a professional and your time is divided betwen several places during the day.
.....then you're done! !!
NO COMMUNICATION OF THE DRIVER-DELIVERER AND THE CLIENT IS ALLOWED .
ANY OTHER MEANS OF IDENTIFICATION OF THE CLIENT ISPROHIBITED APART FROM THEIR INNER COMPANY DELIVERY NR..
No-one appeared in the rescheduled place and time of delivery, and because I had lost the small notice paper left out of my door the parcel got back to the sender (UK) and resent again...Huge time and psychological energy was spended...
Thus, to anyone who use UPS: GOD SAVE YOU!!!
