They delivered a day late due to a problem with one of their trucks.
We were headed on vacation.
I called and they told us it would be late so went without it. They said I was entitled to a refund. When I returned from vacation I saw no refund was issued. I called and was told since 12 days had passed (since delivery), 15 since shipment their policy was no refund.
Unbelievable they didn't do what I paid them for so it was a waste since I needed this for our trip.
And they won't issue a refund even though I spoke to an agent at the time. Guess I'll switch shippers for my business as well.
