Had an item scheduled to be delivered 12/14, then suddenly the information changed to “scheduled delivery information not available at this time” and here it it 12/18 and it’s still reading the same sheat! I know it’s the holidays but this is ridiculous, i’ve had This problem for the 3rd time in a row.
Get it together, hire more people, Start providing refunds to those who pay for overnight or 2 day shipping only to receive their items a week or more later. Why are you allowed to get paid but not provide the service?
If this were a small business they would get hammered. Unreal
