3 Day Select... Does that mean they will select how many days after the 3 my package will actually arrive?

After waiting for a new phone to be delivered (for my daughter), I am at the end of my wait with this company. UPS is a delivery company, not an 'out for delivery company'. Why they cannot staff accordingly or plan better is so far beyond comprehension. While I do understand the impact that the holiday season will have, and that the snow in Chicago will impact time-lines, this is simply unacceptable.

As an organization, they lack customer service, compassion and understanding.

What should have arrived 2 days ago will once again be 'placed on a truck' in hopes of arriving on Wednesday. This image says it all:

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
