I've spent an hour (this time) trying to see how much it would cost to ship a poker table top to a destination 175 miles away. Entered my CC # 6 times on their confused website, trying to get the application completed.

No phone service or live chat on Saturdays. Spent 10 minutes with the automated phone service, before finding that a 50 pound package had to be sent through a different department-that is closed on Saturdays. All I want is an estimate. There is no way to get one online or any other way.

Why should I have to entered a CC# if I have no idea what it is going to cost? UPS usually has a good reputation, but the customer service is really poor.

Monetary Loss: $300.
