UPS van left a infonotice for non-delivery of a 'surprise gift' package. On my personal approach at delivery centre next working day, the package wasnot traceable.
Agent at the Delivery centre did not register a request to register to deliver the parcel to the orignal address on next working day, and advised to register at 1-800. Customer care rep Allen (PZB1EJZ) washighly uncooperative and not prepared to listen to anything but advised to contact the shipper to register a complaint for non delivery.
Whereas I wa only requesting her to revert to the original delivey address since it was not convenient for me to go to their Delivery location every day and check the status and take delivery.
Are the packages are so frequently misplaced in UPS ? Despite long waiting on the phone calls, does the customer care staff does not listen to the cusomters' slight requests of reverting back to the original delivery adress ?
