After paying extra for quicker delivery and assured that my package will arrive on monday it is now tuesday evening and UPS Sweden cannot 'find' where my package is, which means I cannot even go and pick it up. Apparently they have dropped it to another company to deliver as they are too busy.

This company says they are yet to receive the package.

NOw I am left to go on my christmas break without my important items that I was relying on having. UPS has failed twice to deliver on promises made to me. I have heard every excuse under the sun..

I will never use UPS again.

Rudeness and failing to deliver on a service is not acceptable.

Obviously, the person who wrote about UPS being useless, and being disappointed TWICE with UPS, should NEVER use UPS again. Go directly to Federal Express or the US Post Office, do not pass Go, do not collect $200!

Two strikes, and UPS should be out!

Just as well I happen to have a small business account with Federal Express. I have therefore never bothered sending anything by UPS since the 20th century.
