Ordered a package and was to be delivered via UPS. Fist issue, their site does not get updated regularly unlike when my packages have come via USPS.

Second, their alert system via SMS or email? Doesn't even WORK. And their time windows for delivery? First 9AM to 12pm.

then 3-7PM. And because it's a small town there's no FLIPPING way that it's delayed by traffic. Plus, I've seen TWO UPS TRUCKS just drive past-didn't stop at all-and it's not a through street.

And don't get me started on the people working the call center-mostly foreign people you can't even UNDERSTAND. They delivered before and it turned out just fine-this's like nothing is getting done and I cannot get any help.
