I do a lot of online shopping. UPS has been late with deliveries pretty consistantly over the last several months.
I was willing to give them a minor amount of a break over the holidays with increased shipments and the crazy weather, but they continue to be late with shipments. When I call/email them about it they give me the run around.
How can "you can sign up for text notifications of your package shipment" make up for it sitting in Chicago for four days due to an "unexpected transit delay?" I recognize a "we lost your package and are afraid to tell you" when I see one. When I'm able to specifically request a shipping company I do so but often I'm stuck with whoever the selling company decides to use.
