I contacted customer service requesting 3 DAYS in advance to have a LOCAL package delivered, at a specific time. This delivery will be a 2nd attempt, as it is going to an office and hours are limited.
They said they CAN'T follow my request and can only follow what is "posted" on the door; ie office hours. Ridiculous! Don't bother with UPS.
Regardless if you call a week in advance, for a local delivery, requesting to have either 2nd or 3rd attempt to be delivered at a specific time to avoid lack of recipient. Please go elsewhere as it may be easier.
