I receive most of my packages from Amazon through UPS. And this year (2017) I have had the worst problems ever.

I expect during this time of year that a package or two might be somewhat late. But when you have numerous packages late by weeks and then they do not know where the packages are at although their own tracking program reports that it is at their hub waiting to go out. And when you speak to Amazon they apologize but state that it is not their fault. Boloney!!!

Amazon is a huge company and if their shippers are not doing their job then that is a weak link in the equation. I even started my shopping in early November to avoid these issues.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Inability to deliver and track packages, Ups at all, Entire service.
