I sent a package to my mother-in-law to be delivered by 12/23/16, the package was not delivered, the driver stated there was no answer. The recipient was indeed home during delivery and the driver never left a shipment notice.

The packaged was then scheduled for re-delivery on 12/27/16 and once again the package was not delivered, this time with no reason. It is now scheduled to be re-delivered on 12/28/16! I spoke with a UPS representative on 12/27/16 and was told "it's on the truck and will definitely be delivered today" which was a lie.

I do a lot of shopping online and will never use UPS again ! Horrible drivers and very unprofessional representatives.
