I sent a package to my mother-in-law to be delivered by 12/23/16, the package was not delivered, the driver stated there was no answer.The recipient was indeed home during delivery and the driver never left a shipment notice.

The packaged was then scheduled for re-delivery on 12/27/16 and once again the package was not delivered, this time with no reason. It is now scheduled to be re-delivered on 12/28/16! I spoke with a UPS representative on 12/27/16 and was told "it's on the truck and will definitely be delivered today" which was a lie.

I do a lot of shopping online and will never use UPS again !Horrible drivers and very unprofessional representatives.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of phone contact and unable to speak with a representative in the united states. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of ups two day delivery service. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
