Let's see how you beat this horrible UPS experience. I was expecting a package.

I was working in my office at the front of the house. I saw the UPS truck pass in front of my house, turn briefly into the driveway, pull immediately out and drive in the direction it came from. A little bit later the UPS tracking page shows the package as delivered! Called Live Chat, they said it was delivered to another house number on the same street, which is several houses down from mine, the truck never made it that far (at the time they said it was delivered).

Can you imagine seeing them, catching them in the act, and they still lie!

Had I known they do this, I would have videotaped the whole thing, though I really don't understand how this is a market economy, when I need to police the service provider? Please UPS, move to Cuba or China or somewhere else where they never heard of customer service and fulfilling your contractual obligations!

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Blatant dishonesty.
