Ordered a expensive birthday present for my disabled son. Was supposed to be here the third.
His birthday is on the fifth. UPS messed up sorting it of course. Called said would be Thursday. Thursday called and said it would be that evening or Friday.
No updates via website call again they shipped it out two day instea d of overnight now say it will be the 8th. Ask for supervisor ten minutes later speak to one. She says we reship it two day like you ordered. No,you guys messed that up and it should be overnighted.
Said she would call facility and have it fixed, would call me back. Never got that call what a bunch of liars.
From now on I am doing phone orders only. I will do either regular mail or FedEx only, no UPS anymore.
