I have been tracking a ground package for days on the UPS web site. Today, halfway to the destination, the tracking has changed to "Order processed, ready for UPS". This means that UPS has not pickup up the package yet!

Since the package was picked by UPS three days ago, I was quite concerned that the package was lost.

When I called UPS, I was told that the web site was undergoing maintenance, and the tracking would be correctly updated in 1 hour. An hour later, and still no tracking information.

Posting no information would certainly be better than posting incorrect information.

Had an Experience with Ups?
