Package was shipped out 2 day delivery on 12/3/14. Arrived in Oakland bay area hub 8pm on 12/4/14.

There were no airplane or weather delays so package should be delivered on 12/5/14 before 10am with no problems. Package sat at Oakland hub for 2 days. Meanwhile, I am tracking the package and the status shows that the package is on time. Package made it to San Pablo hub on Saturday and still has not been delivered and now it is Wednesday at 11pm an the package status is out for delivery.

On Monday the status was on vehicle for delivery and still wasn't delivered. All customer their customer service is doing is telling me what I can see from online tracking. Then they forward me to a rep acting like he is a manager.

It's all a joke and I have been played using UPS.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

UPS Cons: Poor customer service.
