I bought a large textbook for one of my classes and when the ups guy came to deliver it he didn't even bother to get out of the truck. I have a round drive way and he just drove by and threw it at my front door.
it dented my storm door and broke the glass part of the door. and what if something fragile had been in the box? is that what they do, just throw everything?
is that how they treat other peoples stuff? I had to buy a new door that cost more than the book did because of the lazy ups delivery people in Virginia.
