UPS was supposed to deliver a package by 3:00 Friday. I met the driver outside my building - live and in person.

The package was not on the truck. Driver blamed the loaders and he promised I would get it by 8:00 PM. 20 minutes later UPS emails me "Sorry we missed you. Attempted to deliver.

Will try again Monday." So I called UPS. A supervisor called me back and promised Saturday delivery. I was home all day Saturday. No package.

Now it's supposed to arrive today (Monday). 5:13 and it's still not here. UPS is not only incompetent, but dishonest.

The drivers, reps and supervisors lie. One driver told me the phone reps will tell you anything to get you off the phone.
