The package arrived to my country in a day and I was pleased, but from that time I´m waiting for 8 days and I still haven´t got my package.When I tried to contact a responsible person, he replayed that he doesn´t know why it lasts so long.

After I sent another email to ask when they are able to deliver the package, he didn´t replay so I tried to call him, but unsuccessfully.

It was the same with the office.

It seems to me that they don´t care about customers at least in my country.I´m so disappointed with the company and for sure I won´t use it anymore.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $2.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
