My 60+ year old mother sends my kids a package back in Feb( we are now in June) they print the wrong address so it makes it to NY sits in their station and then gets sent back. My 60+ year old other has to go back to station in Maryland tells them address again and then leaves.

UPS sends me an email sayimg that the package was delivered. I tell them i never received it. They go into their system and yet again have the wrong address down but my receipt had the right address. they tell me they will email me when the investigation is over.

i never received an email, so i called them. They say the case was closed go have my mom go to the station and pick up a form .

NOW she has to look for receipts from Feb to prove what she had in the box so that she can get her money back. So they lost they lost the package, made my mom go back and forth for their mistake, now she has to find receipts from Feb and they feel justified as if none of this is their mistake.
