UPS, Have your customer service representatives tell the TRUTH or if they really don't know the whole story let them in on what is really going on (ignorance is not bliss)... Don't lie and say package is out for delivery when the time stamp is after the drivers normally leave the warehouse in the morning...Don't say a package is going to be delivered on a particular day when it never made it on the truck , I am not sure if your computer system is rigged to say a package is out for delivery even if it has just been received and scanned. How about just being honest on tracking and simply saying : "Received" and then when the packing is scanned and placed on the truck "Ready for delivery"- Try being transparent not murky ...Take pride in the company...
