We paid $50 for a next day delivery for a X-mas gift. First, it didn't get there next day and then it was delivered to the wrong address the day after!
They put a "tracker" on the package. We called and they said it can take up to 15 days to track the package and of course we NEVER heard anything back, WE HAVE TO KEEP CALLING, and on top of it all, they never have a update. And I want to note that this is the second time that they have done this to the same address. However, they never have a problem with shipping when its done thru Amazon.
So what's the deal?
